The challenge of digitisation
The family business Les Maîtres maintains high quality standards at both product and process level. Reduce manual input and obtain higher efficiency in their business processes. Those two criteria were at the top of the list when looking for a good ERP solution.

All its functionalities are connected to SAP Business One. And that's convenient, because an online order is now immediately linked to stock, picking list, invoicing, etc.

Today, administrative and accounting processes at Les Maîtres are running almost entirely automatically. Virtually no manual input is needed anymore, which obviously saves them a lot of time. Both incoming and outgoing orders are automatically generated by the system.
Add-on for tailor made display
Be One Up, an add-on that supports the SAP Business One software, structures all info and allows it to be retrieved and displayed as required. Be One Up filters only the information that is needed and allows it to be retrieved and displayed as required, according to personal user settings.
This add-on also automatically performs the processes that an employee would otherwise do manually. This includes linking ordered goods to stock, preparing the pick list, delivery note and invoice.
