Newsletter

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about news related to Anrova Solutions. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. The newsletter subscriber file will not be provided to third parties. You can revoke this permission at any time by sending an email to info@anrovasolutions.com.

View, modify or delete data

You are entitled to access, correct or erase your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or erasure to  info@anrovasolutions.com. To make sure that the request for access was made by you, we ask that you enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. When you do this, we ask that you blacken your passport photo, passport number, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport. This is to protect your privacy. Anrova Solutions will respond to your request as quickly as possible, at most within four weeks. We would like to point out that you have the option of lodging a complaint with the national supervisory authority, Commission for the Protection of Privacy in Brussels, at commission@privacycommission.be. 

Security

Anrova Solutions takes the protection of your data seriously and has taken appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us.
