RecoMatics continues under the wings of the group behind Anrova Solutions.
The Ando Group, which includes companies such as Anrova Solutions, Smartdoc and Domani Business Solutions, has acquired RecoMatics, the Ghent-based software specialist in information management. This takeover enables the group to strengthen its growth strategy.

By acquiring RecoMatics on 20 December 2022, the Ando Group has now expanded its Intelligent Enterprise offering focused on ERP solutions and document automation software.
Strong offering

Sustainable future
Wilfried Geulleaume, board member of RecoMatics, said of the acquisition: "We are confident RecoMatics has a sustainable future with this group. As a result of this acquisition, the group has more than 400 customers and will become one of the larger players in the Benelux in the field of intelligent document management.
The newly created organisation employs 130 staff and has offices in Lier, Harelbeke, Destelbergen, Braine-l'Alleud, Venlo and Dordrecht.
